General Dentist – Full-Time Role with Loan Repayment | Jackson, MS A Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Jackson, Mississippi is seeking two General Dentists to join their experienced dental team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide meaningful care to patients of all ages in a mission-driven, community-focused setting. You’ll join a team of four dentists and a skilled support staff, delivering full-scope general dentistry in a modern, collaborative clinical environment—without the burden of weekends or after-hours obligations. Position Overview – Location: Jackson, MS – Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends) – Full-scope general dentistry including: – Screenings and exams for children and adults – Fillings, extractions, sealants, fluoride treatments – Limited root canals and periodontal therapy – Dentures (partial and complete) Compensation & Benefits – Salary: $140,000–$151,000 DOE – Eligible for NHSC loan repayment – Up to 20 days of paid vacation annually – 5 days of paid education leave + $2,500 CME reimbursement – Paid portion of health insurance – Life and accidental death insurance – Paid sick leave and holiday schedule – DEA license and Mississippi Dental License fees covered – Up to $300/year for professional association dues – Profit sharing plan available after 1 year of employment – Supportive, mission-aligned work culture with excellent administrative backing If you're a compassionate General Dentist looking to make an impact in a supportive setting with excellent benefits and loan repayment, contact Columbia Healthcare today to learn more.
