We are seeking an enthusiastic dental assistant to help with accelerated hygiene who has strong work ethics, excellent communication and patient care skills to join our amazing team! Responsibilities: -Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. -Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to aseptic techniques. -Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) using medical imaging technology. -Manage patient records, ensuring all medical documentation complies with HIPAA regulations. -Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans. -Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft for scheduling appointments and managing patient information. Qualifications : -Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. -Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards is essential. -Proficiency in aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and infection control. -Competence in dental imaging techniques. -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing patient records and documentation. -Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members.
