Dental Assistant/Front Desk Position Very busy and well established two doctor endodontic office in Huntersville, NC looking for a qualified DAII to work in a dual role primarily as front desk associate and assisting in clinic as needed. Office hours are Monday-Wednesday 7:00am-4:30pm and Thursdays 7:00am-2:00pm. Administrative duties include scheduling appointments, patient check-in, preparing and presenting treatment plans, checking patients out and collecting payments, insurance verification and claims submission. Clinical duties on an as needed basis (likely about 30% of the time) - taking CBCTs and PAs, sterilization and assisting with root canal treatments. Qualified candidates would have at least two years experience working as a dental assistant with DAII certification, some experience assisting with root canals, and knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning is preferred.
