We are looking for a professional and energetic LEAD SURGICAL ASSISTANT with limited front office experience to join our top Periodontal/Implant practice in the city of Houston. At least 5 years dental experience. Excellent opportunity for a team oriented work environment. Excellent salary with great bonus incentives. Requirements for Position • Current RDA license. • Current xray certification. • Current CPR certification. • Superior clinical skills. • Compassionate philosophy. • Minimum of 5 years of chairside experience. • Perio, surgical and implant experience required. Ability to take digital xrays. • Computer literate a must. • Knowledge of Dentrix a plus. • Articulate - Ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members. • Attention to detail, organized, excellent time management. • Support other team members, team player. • Works well with others but can also be autonomous and work with minimal supervision. • Reliable transportation, on time, good work ethic.
