About Us: At The Woodlands Prosthodontics, we are committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and specialized dental care in a patient-centered environment. We focus on prosthodontic treatment including implant restorations, full-mouth rehabilitation, cosmetic dentistry, and complex dental cases. We are seeking a skilled, friendly, and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our close-knit team. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing as needed • Take and review digital radiographs and intraoral photos • Provide patient education on oral hygiene, home care, and post-treatment instructions • Conduct periodontal charting and assist with treatment planning • Sterilize and maintain instruments and operatory spaces • Document findings and treatment in electronic dental records (Open Dental experience is a plus) • Collaborate with the prosthodontist and dental assistants to ensure optimal patient care • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of infection control and OSHA protocols ⸻ Qualifications: • Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Texas • CPR certification (current) • 1+ year of experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for patient care, attention to detail, and a positive attitude ⸻ What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • Consistent schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Collaborative and respectful work environment • Opportunities to work with complex and rewarding prosthodontic cases Join a practice where your skill, care, and professionalism make a difference every day.
