Join Progressive Dental Marketing, a fast-growing marketing and consulting firm that helps elite dental practices across the country scale through powerful sales systems, advertising, and t raining. We're looking for a Training & Implementation Coach to join our elite coaching team at The Closing Institute. This isn’t about clinical dentistry—it’s about helping treatment coordinators master the art of the close for high-ticket dental implant cases. If you’ve led successful implant consults and want to train others to do the same but with a proven system, this role is your next step. What You’ll Be Doing: Coach dental teams—especially Treatment Coordinators—on how to run and close high-value consultations (think $20k+ implant cases) Deliver virtual sales training based on our proven Closing Institute concepts and objection-handling techniques. Review real consultation recordings and provide strategic, actionable feedback that helps clients improve their closing rate. Facilitate virtual coaching sessions and support in-person boot camps (monthly) at our Clearwater headquarters Mentor teams on patient financing strategies and how to build trust quickly in a cash-pay model You’re a Great Fit If You: Have experience as a Treatment Coordinator, especially handling dental implant or full-arch cases Are passionate about sales psychology, communication, and helping others improve Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and love being a mentor Are tech-savvy, organized, and a confident communicator on video and in-person Want to be part of a team that’s transforming the patient experience across the U.S. Bonus Points For: Sales training, coaching, or leadership experience Familiarity with the consultation process in elective healthcare Knowledge of dental practice operations or patient financing platforms
