Part-Time Dental Hygienist – Join a Practice That Puts People First We’re growing—and looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused private practice. If you're committed to delivering high-quality care and love building meaningful relationships with your patients, this part-time position could be the perfect fit. Our practice is known for creating a warm, personalized experience. We don’t rush through appointments—we value quality over quantity. You’ll work alongside a supportive, forward-thinking team that truly cares about each other and the patients we serve. What You’ll Do: Provide thorough, gentle dental cleanings in a calm and welcoming environment Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care in a way they’ll actually remember Support the doctor in identifying treatment needs and building long-term patient trust Chart accurately and efficiently using Open Dental Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized operatory (we provide all PPE—N95s, nitrile gloves, etc.) What We Offer: A 1-hour lunch break every day—because your well-being matters Weekly bonuses when practice goals are met A respectful and drama-free culture where your voice is heard A consistent schedule with time to connect with patients—not a hygiene mill What You Bring: A current Texas Dental Hygiene License At least 2 years of experience in a private practice preferred Proficiency in Open Dental (or a willingness to learn quickly) A calm, confident demeanor and a genuine love for patient care A growth mindset and team-first attitude If you’re ready to join a practice that’s as committed to your professional growth as it is to patient care, we want to meet you!
