We are looking for a Dental Front Office Administrator who will not only assist to run our day-to-day operations but also play a key role in growing the practice through strategic case presentation, patient coordination, and digital marketing efforts. ⸻ Position Overview: The Dental Front Office Administrator is a dynamic and pivotal role responsible for assisting and overseeing the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring high patient satisfaction, supporting the clinical team, and spearheading front-office marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about patient care and practice growth. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Operational Duties: • Assist and Manage daily operations of the front office and ensure smooth patient flow • Supervise front desk staff (if applicable) and provide leadership • Maintain an organized schedule, confirming appointments and minimizing no-shows • Oversee insurance verification, claims, EOBs, and collections • Ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance across all front office functions Patient Care Coordination & Sales: • Welcome and assist patients warmly, ensuring a 5-star experience from check-in to check-out • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently with the ability to close high-value cases • Follow up on unscheduled treatment and incomplete cases to improve case acceptance • Assist in setting up financial arrangements and third-party financing • Maintain accurate records and documentation within practice management software Marketing & Digital Engagement: • Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) • Monitor online presence and respond to reviews, messages, and inquiries promptly • Collaborate with doctor and team to plan in-office promotions, events, and patient appreciation efforts • Track marketing performance and ROI (new patient leads, engagement, conversions) Communication & Correspondence: • Handle professional correspondences with patients, vendors, and insurance companies • Respond to emails, voicemails, and messages in a timely and professional manner • Coordinate referrals and ensure timely follow-up with specialists or labs ⸻ Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of dental front office or office manager experience (required) • Experience with dental software (e.g., Open Dental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, etc.) • Strong treatment planning and sales/case presentation skills • Solid understanding of dental insurance, PPO plans, and claim processes • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile) • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-starter with the ability to multitask, delegate, and problem-solve efficiently • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and positive attitude ⸻ Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required): • Graphic design or video editing experience • Bilingual (English and Spanish) • Experience working in a fee-for-service or cosmetic dental office ⸻ What We Offer: • Competitive pay with performance bonuses • Paid holidays and vacation time • Opportunity to lead and grow with a thriving dental practice • A supportive and team-oriented work environment • Access to continuing education and training ⸻ 📩 Ready to Join Our Team?
