Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Teeth Whitening & Clear Aligners Studio Montecito, CA $30/hour starting + performance bonuses Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Modern, boutique-style setting with a high degree of independence About the Role: We’re looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our innovative, spa-like dental studio in beautiful Montecito, CA. This is not your typical dental office — we specialize in cosmetic services only: teeth whitening and clear aligner treatments in a relaxed, boutique environment. This is an ideal position for someone who thrives with autonomy and enjoys connecting with people. You’ll be overseeing daily studio operations and client care, with support available remotely when needed. While this role does not include working alongside a doctor in-house, you will be trained and guided to ensure everything is compliant and client-centered. Responsibilities: Perform professional teeth whitening treatments Assist with clear aligner fittings and follow-up visits Guide clients through their smile journey and answer questions Manage appointments, light admin duties, and overall studio upkeep Provide a friendly, welcoming experience to every guest Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license — Required Current X-ray license — Required No prior experience in whitening or aligners necessary — we train!
