Job Description: As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing a positive experience for every patient. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and able to handle a busy environment with ease. We are looking for someone with a bubbly and friendly personality who can connect with our patients and make them feel welcome. Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor Schedule and confirm appointments for patients Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service Manage Dentrix software to input patient information, update records, and process transactions Answer phones, take messages, and assist with general office tasks Ensure a smooth flow of patients throughout the day, helping to maintain office efficiency Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of dental receptionist experience in a high-paced office Proficient in Dentrix (or other similar dental software) Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a bubbly, welcoming personality Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience with patient scheduling, billing, and insurance verification is a plus Why Join Us?
