We are a family-owned private practice seeking a growth minded associate who values relationships and honest patient care. About the practice: Opened in 2022 with continual growth each year. Single doctor, single hygiene office Small town feel, prioritizing relationship based patient care. 3 fully equipped operatories (2 additional available for future growth) Technology forward: carestream cone beam, Primescan, sprintray, 3D printers and equipment to place implants. 100% Clinical Autonomy In network with major PPO and fee for service What we offer: Open Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm (no weekends!) Compensation: hourly guarantee or % of adjusted production - whichever is higher W2 employee.
