General Dentist – Lead a Modern Practice in Denison, TX 75020 A well-established, fully digital dental practice in Denison, TX 75020 is hiring a full-time General Dentist to lead the clinical team. This 5-operatory PPO/FFS-only practice is equipped with CEREC, intraoral cameras in every operatory, and has a loyal full-time Hygienist who has been with the practice for over 15 years. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a lead role with the potential for ownership—backed by a 20-practice group that provides strong operational support. You’ll step into a well-run, productive practice as the lead provider, inheriting a strong patient base and efficient systems. The role offers a blend of independence and support—with mentorship, technology, and long-term career growth options built in. What You’ll Do - Provide comprehensive general dentistry to a loyal and growing patient base - Guide the clinical team and shape the standard of care - Build long-term relationships and deliver patient education - Maintain accurate, compliant records - Participate in practice development and leadership What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited program - Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain) - Strong communication and leadership skills - Desire to grow into practice ownership - Experience with or interest in same-day dentistry (CEREC) Compensation
