General Dentist – Join a Growing Private Practice in Austin, TX 78750 A well-established private group in Austin, TX 78750 is hiring a full-time General Dentist. This modern, four-operatory practice is fully digital, equipped with CBCT technology, and averaging over 90 new patients per month. You’ll be stepping into a productive role with an assisted hygiene model and strong clinical support, replacing a full-time dentist who produced over $110,000/month. You’ll take over a fully booked schedule with excellent patient flow, allowing you to focus on delivering quality care and building long-term relationships. With full autonomy, technology-forward systems, and a strong clinical team, this role is designed for efficiency and impact. What You’ll Do - Provide a wide range of general dental procedures with a patient-first mindset - Collaborate with an assisted hygienist and clinical team to maintain smooth daily flow - Create treatment plans and educate patients on preventive care - Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation - Contribute to a positive, growth-focused practice culture What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited program - Texas dental license (or eligibility to obtain) - Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills - Experience with digital workflows and CBCT a plus - Drive to grow with a high-volume, private group practice Compensation
