With PPO/FFS-only patients and EFDA support, you’ll have the tools and autonomy to thrive—plus a defined pathway to ownership. You’ll join a collaborative, growth-minded team focused on delivering high-quality dentistry and building patient relationships that last. The practice is set up for clinical excellence and efficiency—ideal for a provider ready to take the next step in their career. What You’ll Do ⁃ Deliver comprehensive treatment across a wide range of general procedures ⁃ Leverage modern tools including CBCT, digital workflows, and implant guidance ⁃ Educate patients on oral health and treatment plans ⁃ Work closely with EFDAs and hygienists to ensure efficient, quality care ⁃ Maintain accurate, compliant patient documentation What You’ll Bring ⁃ DDS or DMD from an accredited program ⁃ Ohio dental license (or eligibility to obtain) ⁃ Strong clinical skills and attention to detail ⁃ A team-focused mindset and commitment to patient care ⁃ Interest in long-term growth and potential ownership Compensation
