You’ll be taking over for a full-time associate who produced $70K/month and recently relocated out of state. This role offers strong patient demand, excellent systems, and clinical mentorship if desired—all in a doctor-owned environment that supports your autonomy and career path. What You’ll Do ⁃ Deliver a full scope of general dentistry to new and returning patients ⁃ Build trust through education and treatment planning ⁃ Collaborate with the support team to maintain a smooth daily flow ⁃ Participate in CE and mentorship opportunities ⁃ Keep accurate, compliant patient records What You’ll Bring ⁃ DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program ⁃ Indiana dental license (or eligibility to obtain) ⁃ Passion for private-practice dentistry and clinical growth ⁃ Interest in long-term partnership or ownership ⁃ Strong communication and a patient-first mindset Compensation
