General Dentist – High-Growth Opportunity Near Merrillville, IN 46410 A fast-growing private practice group is hiring a full-time General Dentist for their brand-new location just 10 minutes from Merrillville, in Crown Point, IN 46307. This fully digital, 9-operatory practice serves only PPO and FFS patients, sees over 60 new patients per month, and is backed by two experienced owner doctors. You’ll step into a productive and supportive clinical environment with full autonomy and strong mentorship if needed. The practice values continuing education, clinical growth, and delivering high-quality care without corporate restrictions. What You’ll Do - Provide a full range of general dentistry procedures to new and existing patients - Educate patients, build treatment plans, and foster long-term relationships - Maintain smooth daily operations with a collaborative team - Keep accurate and compliant records - Participate in CE and leadership development What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program - Indiana dental license (or eligibility to obtain) - Strong clinical skills and patient communication - Growth mindset with interest in CE and potential partnership - Team-first attitude and interest in a long-term role Compensation
