What You’ll Do: - Take the lead in restorative and cosmetic setups and procedures - Confidently place Invisalign attachments and manage aligner protocols - Present treatment plans chairside with clear, ethical, patient-first communication - Capture high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photography - Keep our clinical systems organized and our inventory on point - Elevate the patient experience with warmth, precision, and professionalism What We Offer: $35–$38/hr depending on experience and contribution - High-tech operatories (CBCT, iTero, intraoral cameras) - Respectful, drama-free culture with an aligned, collaborative team - Ongoing mentorship and training in cosmetic and digital workflows - Growth path for leadership and increased responsibility if desired You’ll Be a Fit If You: - Are an LDA with 2+ years of experience in restorative and/or cosmetic dentistry - Have placed Invisalign attachments and feel confident discussing treatment - Thrive in a fast-paced environment and value efficiency and autonomy - Have excellent communication skills and a patient-first mindset - Want to be a part of a vision-driven practice We would love to meet you!
