Egger, DDS We are a private practice dental office located in Colleyville. Our team is comprised of 7 dental professionals that take pride in our profession, as well as our individual contribution to our team. We work together to serve our patients, who we consider like close friends or family. Our vision states “We are a legacy practice built on relationships”, and that is our goal. This practice was originally started by Dr. Dan Davis in 1984, and was transitioned to Dr. Egger in 2022; we consider it an honor and important responsibility to treat the families of Colleyville, Texas in the same excellent manner they have become accustomed to over the past 40 years. The Position: Experienced Dental Assistant We are looking for just the right individual to join our assisting team. Our ideal candidate has several years (5+) of chairside assisting experience in a fast-paced, restorative-focused practice and is able to handle all the duties of a fully expanded dental assistant (rubber dam placement, cord packing, temporary fabrication) with excellence. Being cross-trained with front office skills of insurance verification, appointment confirmations and helping to manage hygiene recall would be an added bonus. We are looking for someone who values attention to detail, is task-focused, goal-oriented, and able to multi-task while staying calm, poised and professional. Relationships with our patients are important, and so a high level of emotional intelligence is required to meet the patient’s expectations with excellent customer service, while also delivering an exceptional dental outcome. Experience with and a working knowledge of our dental software (Dentrix) and imaging system (Dexis) is necessary, as well as a growth mindset, staying open to learning our office systems and applying constructive feedback during the onboarding process. Job Specifics: • Full-Time: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm. • After 90-Day Review, benefit package includes 6 paid holidays. After 1 year, paid vacation and 401K opportunities added. Additional production-based bonuses awarded to team periodically. • We value and support continuing education for every position, as well as fun team building experiences outside of the office. • Hourly wage will be negotiated on knowledge, skills, and level of experience.
