Description

Orthodontic Floater – Records & Sterilization (RDA Required) Are you a fast learner with a can-do attitude? Do you enjoy working in a people-centered environment? We're looking for a enthusiastic Orthodontic Floater to support our clinical team with sterilization, records, and patient flow. This is a great opportunity for someone who may not have extensive orthodontic assistant experience but is presentable, personable, eager to learn, and RDA-certified. If you thrive in a team environment and love making people feel comfortable and cared for, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Do: Assist with taking orthodontic records (photos, x-rays, scans) Support sterilization protocols: clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and operatories Float between clinical areas to support patient flow and help where needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Greet and interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner Document and log patient information accurately Learn and support orthodontic procedures under the supervision of the Orthodontist Participate in team meetings, trainings, and occasional community events What We’re Looking For: RDA certification (Required) Excellent communication and people skills A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Well-groomed and professional appearance Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting Eager to learn and grow in the orthodontic field Basic computer and record-keeping skills Bonus (But Not Required): Previous experience in orthodontics or general dentistry Familiarity with digital scanning or imaging systems The Perks: Competitive hourly rate Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short and long-term disability 401(k) plan Paid holidays + 2 weeks PTO in your first year Discounts on braces and aligners for you and your family If you’re looking for a supportive team, great benefits, and the chance to grow your skills in a fun, patient-first environment, we’d love to hear from you!
