The practice of world industry leader, Dr. Wynn Okuda, and Dr. Kris Nip. Our practice focuses on cosmetic, implants, general restorative, full mouth rehabilitation. We offer our patients massage therapy during restorative treatment in a spa designed atmosphere. Our hygienist retired after 20+ years, and we are in search of another amazing hygienist. Job description We are seeking a new and innovative dental hygienist to join our team. We are looking for an dental hygienist who wants to do more than just clean teeth, a strategic, forward thinking, and a think outside the box dental hygienist to join our team. We offer a state of art dental practice that is warm and inviting to all of our patients. Our practice was created to provide a practice that curtails to patients with dental anxiety and fears. Our new dental hygienist will have the ability to customize and create a new hygiene program that will focus on outstanding service to our patients, perio program, and collaborate with management to improve our hygiene department. Job Requirements: - Current CPR certification - Provide current hygiene license and local anesthesia certificate - Follow AAP periodontal guidelines, CAMBRA risk assessment - Design and develop a new hygiene program as part of the team. - Proficient in digital x-rays and oral Digital Photos - Eaglesoft dental software is a bonus - Eagerness to learn new techniques in maintaining our high end restorations - Ability to execute all duties with a gentle touch - Excellent people skills, dependable, honest, great communicator, and team player attitude - Go getter, and eager to create a hygiene program to boost production and collections Benefits include: • Flexible Schedule • Medical, drug, and vision insurance • Monthly performance bonus system • Paid Holidays • Paid Vacation • Covered parking Hours & Pay: Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 per week Currently we offer 3- 4 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
