We are looking for a Dental Front Office Specialist who will be the heart of our front desk operations—supporting both patients and team members in delivering a seamless dental experience. 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing: Handle all front office responsibilities, including: Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments Managing incoming and outgoing phone calls Welcoming patients and collecting required information Insurance verification and benefits breakdown for all patients (new and recall), minimum 48 hours prior to appointments Patient and insurance payment posting, including: EFT & check processing EOB review and reconciliation Claim appeals and documentation follow-up Fee schedule maintenance and application of discounts where applicable Present treatment plans and assist in scheduling follow-ups Maintain a clean and organized front office, doctor’s office, and restroom area 💻 Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Open Dental (required) Bonus: Familiarity with Dentrix or Eaglesoft Strong knowledge of insurance processing, billing, and claims management Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Exceptional communication and patient service skills Proactive and organized with a problem-solving mindset ❤️ Why Join Us?
