About Us: Musso Family Dental is a patient-centered practice dedicated to excellence in dental care, including advanced orthodontic and airway treatment. We take pride in delivering exceptional service in a compassionate and welcoming environment. We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and friendly individual to join our growing team as an Orthodontic and Airway Coordinator. Job Summary: As our Orthodontic and Airway Coordinator, you will be the go-to person for managing our orthodontic and airway therapy patients. You will play a key role in patient communication, treatment presentation, education, and schedule optimization. Your organizational skills and warm personality will help keep our schedule full and our patients informed and engaged. Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule new and existing orthodontic/airway patient appointments. Coordinate and manage the patient flow for orthodontic and airway therapy consultations and follow-ups. Present treatment plans to patients clearly and confidently, including discussing financial options and insurance (if applicable). Educate patients and parents about the benefits and processes of orthodontic and airway treatments. Track and follow up with patients to ensure they are scheduled for treatment and remain on track with their care. Assist with internal marketing efforts and patient communication to promote treatment acceptance and schedule efficiency. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure accurate documentation and patient record updates. Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic approach to patient interactions at all times. Qualifications: Previous experience in a dental, orthodontic, or healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident in presenting treatment and discussing financial arrangements Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask Passionate about patient education and wellness Comfortable using dental software systems (training provided if needed) Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Why Join Us?
