Join Our Modern, Digital Dental Practice! 🦷 We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and team-driven Dental Assistant to join our fully digital, modern dental office. The ideal candidate is committed to excellent patient care, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes initiative in supporting both clinical and administrative functions of the practice. Key Responsibilities: ◾ Chairside assisting during a wide range of dental procedures (Fillings, Extractions, RCT, Crowns, Implants, Cosmetic and Invisalign) , ensuring patient comfort and efficient clinical flow ◾ Prepare, sterilize, and maintain treatment rooms and instruments according to safety standards ◾ Take digital X-rays and impressions using modern dental imaging systems ◾ Track and manage dental lab cases for multiple providers—ensuring timely follow-up, coordination, and documentation ◾ Order and monitor inventory of dental supplies and materials, maintaining optimal stock levels and cost control ◾ Collaborate closely with front desk and administrative staff to support scheduling, communication, and patient care coordination ◾ Support hygienists and the overall dental team to ensure seamless daily operations ◾ Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment instructions ◾ Maintain compliance with infection control and OSHA guidelines Qualifications: ◾ Current Dental Assistant certification ◾ Minimum of 2 year of experience preferred in a dental setting ◾ Familiarity with digital dental technology and imaging systems (EzDent, iTero Scanner) ◾ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially with inventory and case tracking ◾ A positive, proactive attitude and strong team orientation ◾ Experience with dental software (Open Dental) a plus ◾ CPR/BLS certification What We Offer: ◾ A fully digital, modern dental office equipped with the latest technology ◾ Supportive and collaborative team environment ◾ Opportunities to grow and take ownership in key areas of the practice ◾ Ongoing training and continuing education support ◾ Competitive pay based on experience Ready to work in a practice that values your contributions and supports your growth?
