Experienced Dental Assistant (DA II) – Join Our Compassionate and High-Performing Team! 📍 Location: Charlotte, NC 🕓 Schedule: Monday–Thursday (see details below) We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant (DA II) to join our patient-centered, modern dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of chairside experience, excellent clinical and communication skills, and a warm, team-oriented attitude. Office Hours for Patient Care: - Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Lunch: 12:30–1:30 PM) - Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Lunch: 12:30–1:30 PM) Team members are expected to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to patient care for setup and team huddle. What We’re Looking For: Active North Carolina DA II certification Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience Confidence in chairside assisting with a variety of procedures Familiarity with digital charting, radiographs, and sterilization protocols A genuine passion for delivering an outstanding patient experience Dependability, positivity, and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment Bilingual is a plus!
