All aboard! We are looking for a 4-day/week hygienist. WHAT WE OFFER: -2-4 weeks onboarding and training program for all new hygienists -Our average hygienist sees only 6-7 patients a day -We do not have accelerated hygiene in any of our offices -We pay to laser certify all our hygienists -Our new compensation model allows hygienists to be compensated similar to doctor -Our hygienists have daily production compensation -No limit to hourly pay and additional compensation -Technology includes digital x-rays, digital panos, CBCT, laser, iTero scans, and AI integration into x-rays -Paid CPR and Nitrous Certifications -Innovative technology and software -Paid holidays -Paid time off immediately upon offer -Medical, dental, vision -Short and Long term disability -401k -No Weekends WE ARE LOOKING FOR: -Team members with 1+ years of experience -Meets our core values (Integrity, Mastery, Positivity, Accountability, Compassion, & Trust) -Team members in great cultures -Previous experience with doctors and teams -Proficient in Excel and Microsoft -Looking for growth opportunities including Lead RDH -Punctual and leads by example -Desire to be a motivational person -Comfortable in busy offices -We strive to take care of our team members POSITION REQUIREMENTS: -Active Texas RDH license -CPR Certified -Reliable form of transportation
