Twin Dental is looking for an assistant to add to the practice. Experience with sedation dentistry is preferred. Our office offers oral sedation, pre-sedation, and nitrous oxide. Pay does depend on experience. -Business hours are from 7-2:30. Get here at 6:30 and leave by 3. -401K- 3% contribution by Twin Dental at gross pay. Eligible at 12 months. -Allstate group benefits- short term disability, accident, critical illness, and cancer insurance. Eligible at 90 days. -Life insurance eligibility at 90 days. -Partially paid health insurance benefits for employees. Eligible at 90 days. -Bonus system- $25 added to daily bonus amount for each provider that hits their goal. If all the providers hit their goal, 14% of the overage is added to the bonus amount. The whole team splits the amount for the entire month-based on hours worked. Paid on the first paycheck of the month. Eligible after 90 days. Will not start earning hours towards bonus until the next full month. (example: hit 90 days sometime in June, start earning hours for bonus in July) -One week of vacation benefits start accruing after 6 months of employment. One week of wellness benefits will be added after 12 months of employment. -Work in most areas of dentistry; will not just do fillings all day. Also allows us to not have to refer patients out. Pride ourselves in same day dentistry coming from limited exams or hygiene. The entire team is fantastic on helping each other out with changes in the schedule to accommodate the added treatment.
