Job Title: Bilingual RDA** Location: The Woodlands / Conroe, TX (77384) We are seeking a Bilingual Dental RDA to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering top-quality patient care by supporting the dentist during procedures, maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment, supporting front desk as needed, and ensuring patients feel comfortable and informed. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist the dentist during a wide range of dental procedures including exams, fillings, crowns, extractions, and cosmetic treatments * Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to OSHA and infection control standards * Take and process digital X-rays, impressions, and intraoral photos * Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and dental procedures * Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation * Order and manage dental supplies and inventory * Ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for all patients * Provide chairside support and anticipate the needs of the dental team **Qualifications:** * Current RDA license (state-specific requirements) * CPR/BLS certification * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and materials * Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities * A friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude **Preferred:** * Experience with cosmetic dentistry (veneers, whitening) and digital scanning * Bilingual skills (a plus but not required)
