Schedule: Part‑time, Monday–Thursday with flexible hours You'll be doing: Chairside support during bracket/band/bond procedures, Invisalign attachments, and retainer and appliance fittings Performing EFDA duties: restorations (where allowed), polishing, bonding Taking x‑rays, photos, and impressions or intraoral scans (iTero) for orthodontic and cosmetic planning Coaching patients/parents on oral care, elastics, and device use Prepping and maintaining operatories, sterilizing tools, and keeping the clinic running smoothly What we need from you: Missouri‑licensed dental assistant (RDA/CDA) with EFDA credentials Comfortable working with patients of all ages (starting at age 7) in an orthodontic/cosmetic dental setting Capable with dental software (We use the latest and arguably the easiest cloud-based PMS with Archy!), imaging, and typical office tools Effective communicator who values empathy, precision, and continued learning.
