Soft Touch Dental Care is a unique practice that caters to team members and patients. We have a beautiful office in Ellicott City that is fully remodeled and modern. Our team likes to have a lot of fun inside and outside of the office. We offer high quality preventative and restorative care with state-of-the-art equipment including 3D PAN technology, Endodontic Microscope and a Digital Scanner. Responsibilities Welcome patients in the dental office Review patient's dental and medical history Sterilize instruments according to regulations Take xrays on patients Educate patients on good oral hygiene Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Schedule appointments Skills Proven experience as dental hygienist Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Good computer skills Excellent communication and people skills Attention to detail Well-organized and reliable Graduating from an accredited dental hygiene school and up to date licensing from the State of Maryland Additional certification or training is an asset (local, nitrous) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Negotiable Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: Tuesday-Friday No weekends License/Certification: Registered Dental Hygienist (Required) Ability to Commute: Ellicott City, MD 21043 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Ellicott City, MD 21043: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
