We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dedicated team. Job Responsibilities: • Assist the dentist during dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments. • Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure compliance with infection control protocols. • Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with state regulations. • Provide patient education and post-treatment care instructions. • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments. • Perform administrative tasks, such as inventory management and ordering supplies, as needed. • Support a positive and welcoming environment for patients and staff. Qualifications: • Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification in Texas. • Current CPR certification. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with dental software Open Dental is a plus. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to patient care.
