Dental Hygienist – Coatesville, PA Full-Time | Integrated Community Health Center | Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Model Annual Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Make a Real Impact—Not Just a Living An integrated health center opening in Coatesville, Pennsylvania is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to help launch and shape a new dental services program. This site is part of a growing mission-based organization delivering primary care, behavioral health, dental, and social services under one roof to address community-wide health disparities. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 based on experience Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 Insurance: Full medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage Retirement: 403(b) with employer match Paid Time Off: Generous vacation, sick, and holiday schedule Malpractice Coverage: FTCA protection at no cost Professional Development: CE support and growth opportunities Supportive Environment: Clinician autonomy, collaborative leadership, and purpose-driven culture Your Role Provide comprehensive hygiene care: cleanings, exams, sealants, fluoride, and x-rays Educate patients on preventive dental practices and oral health Collaborate closely with the dental team and broader medical staff for integrated care Participate in local outreach and public health initiatives (school programs, fairs, etc.) Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance Help establish workflows and contribute to building the department as services scale Qualifications Current Pennsylvania RDH license Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene Mission-aligned mindset; FQHC experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work in a startup environment and contribute to team growth Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus, not required Why Coatesville?
