We are currently seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator who will be the welcoming presence and organizational heartbeat of our practice. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that each patient experiences kindness, clarity, and peace of mind from the moment they contact us through the end of their visit. Schedule Full-Time Monday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM Your Responsibilities Will Include: Warmly greet patients and help them feel seen, heard, and valued. Answer phones, emails, and text messages with kindness and professionalism. Schedule appointments efficiently, respecting both patient needs and clinical flow. Verify insurance benefits and assist patients in understanding their coverage. Guide patients through check-in, treatment estimates, and check-out procedures with clarity. Ensure patient records are up-to-date, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant. Support the clinical team with administrative and coordination tasks. Maintain a clean, peaceful, and organized front office environment. Communicate our mission of whole-body wellness and biological dentistry in a loving and informative way. What We’re Looking For: Required: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year experience in dental or medical office administration A heart for serving others and uplifting patients in every interaction Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Preferred: Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental, EZ-Dent, Dental Intel) Understanding of HIPAA regulations Knowledge of or willingness to be trained in biological dentistry Comfort explaining natural, faith-aligned health principles A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude rooted in faith Why Work With Us?
