Administrative Assistant/Insurance Coordinator needed for Periodontal Practice - Dallas, Texas Schedule: Monday-Thursday We are a well-established periodontal practice in North Dallas seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and compassionate Administrative Assistant/Insurance Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring exceptional patient care, supporting daily operations, and handling insurance processes with precision. Responsibilities include: . Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism . Coordinating and verifying dental insurance benefits . Submitting and tracking insurance claims and pre-authorizations. . Managing patient accounts and following up on outstanding balances. . Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting the front office. . Assisting with treatment plan presentation and financial arrangements. Ideal Candidate: . Has dental or medical administrative experience (periodontal or specialty experience preferred) . Is Familiar with insurance verification and claim submission. . Possesses strong organizational and communication skills. .
