You’ll be a trusted guide for kids who might be nervous about seeing the dentist — explaining procedures in kid-friendly ways, calming fears with a smile (or a blanket), and helping create a space where children feel safe, seen, and supported. Your Day-to-Day Will Include: • Assisting the dentist chairside during cleanings, fillings, crowns, and other treatments • Prepping, sterilizing, and organizing instruments like a pro • Taking X-rays and ensuring top-quality images • Applying fluoride treatments and sealants, and assisting with impressions • Keeping the treatment areas sparkling clean and safe • Comforting young patients and helping them feel confident and calm • Pitching in wherever needed — we’re a true team! 🚨 Let’s Talk About Attendance This job requires consistency, commitment, and reliability.
