Description

We are looking for a customer-oriented service superstar for our pediatric dental office. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide services information and resolve any emerging problems that our patient families might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help patients and are excellent active listeners. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk and are fun and happy. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving and multi-tasking comes naturally to patient care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve patient concerns. The target is to provide excellent customer service from phone call to checkout to ensure that a positive and warm experience is had by all from patient to parent. They are reliable and dependable team players. Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of incoming calls Convert new patient calls to new patient appointments Identify and assess patients’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with patients through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools which include insurance predeterminations Manage accounts receivable goals through accurate collection of payment at time of services rendered Handle patient concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of patient interactions, process patient accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Take the extra mile to engage customers and make someone smile Skills: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree Expected hours: 37 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
