What You’ll Be Doing: Providing thorough cleanings and preventive services with attention to patient comfort Educating patients about oral health and treatment recommendations Supporting patients through treatment conversations with clarity and care Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborating with a supportive and experienced clinical team What We’re Looking For: Active Virginia RDH license Strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset A positive team player who’s organized and dependable Comfortable discussing treatment and oral health education with patients A desire to grow in a practice that values both clinical excellence and team culture Why Ridgetop?
