What You Bring: Dental leadership experience – minimum 5 years in a dental office, with proven management success. A passion for coaching, accountability, and building high-performing teams. Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to turn numbers into action. Strong communication skills to rally the team and keep everyone aligned.
