What You’ll Do As our Surgical Dental Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding care during surgical and restorative procedures. Your day-to-day will include: Assisting doctors with a variety of surgical and cosmetic procedures, including implants and full-mouth cases Taking and reviewing digital X-rays Ensuring patients are comfortable and informed before, during, and after treatment Preparing rooms and patients for procedures Sterilizing instruments and managing lab work Staying on top of inventory and supply orders Helping maintain a productive and smooth-running schedule Supporting doctors and teammates wherever needed What We’re Looking For 5+ years of dental assisting experience preferred X-ray certification required Experience in cosmetic and surgical procedures is a plus—but we’ll train the right person Confident, positive, self-motivated, and ready to jump in Excellent communication and organization skills Familiarity with Open Dental is a bonus Why You’ll Love It Here Be part of a team that values your skill and experience Get hands-on training in advanced procedures Work with a fun, professional, and supportive crew Competitive pay and a full benefits package Benefits (after 90 days): Health insurance Dental care 401k Matching Paid time off Ongoing training & mentorship in cosmetic and surgical procedures Ready to Grow With Us?
