📣 We’re Hiring: Dental Front Office Coordinator (Insurance Specialist) 📍 Private, one-doctor office in Highland Park 🕒 Full-Time Are you an organized, detail-oriented front office professional with a passion for helping patients and a strong understanding of dental insurance? We’re looking for YOU to join our team! About the Role: As our Dental Front Office Coordinator, you’ll be the first friendly face our patients see—and a key part of our administrative team. Your primary focus will be ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk while managing insurance verifications, claims, and patient billing with precision and care. Key Responsibilities: • Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out process • Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility • Submit and follow up on insurance claims • Post insurance payments and handle EOBs • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records • Provide outstanding customer service with a smile What We’re Looking For: • Minimum 1–2 years of dental front office experience • Proven experience with dental insurance claims and billing • Strong knowledge of PPO plans is a plus • Experience with fee-for-service offices • Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Dentrix Ascend) • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Why Join Us? • Supportive, friendly team environment • Competitive pay based on experience • Paid time off, holidays, dental, CE, unforms, 401K • Opportunities for growth and continuing education
