Full Time Dental Hygienist Schedule: Mon: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tues: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Wed: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thurs: 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 1 hour lunch break. Monthly Employee Incentive Program 401K Patient-centric community approach Work/life balance Opportunity for career growth Professional development and support with continuing education Strong business and operational teams Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for all employees and their household Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care Reviewing patient's history and charting Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing Documents area of existing restorations Use of X-ray Support the dentist with procedures as needed Qualifications: Active Maryland Hygienist license required Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach Current BLS/CPR certifications Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience preferred, new grads are welcome!
