🦷 Dental Assistant Wanted – Mostly 3-Day Weekends! 🦷 Small, family owned, private practice seeks a dental assistant who’s dependable, upbeat, and ready to make patients smile. Hours: Mon–Thurs 7:30AM–5PM, occasional Fridays. Responsibilities: ~The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent patient care ~Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, ensuring excellent patient care and comfort ~Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments, materials, and equipment ~Take dental x-rays ~Ensure all operatories are clean, organized, and properly stocked ~Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation in patient charts ~Ensure daily schedules are managed efficiently with optimal patient flow ~Ensure sterilization area is managed according to OSHA and infection control standards Patient Interaction: ~Greet and prepare patients for treatment with positive professionalism and compassion ~Provide clear instructions for post-treatment care and oral hygiene ~Support treatment planning by reviewing doctor recommendations and helping patients understand procedures Qualifications: ~High School Diploma or equivalent ~Active Texas RDA Certificate from TSBDE Apply today — your new dental family is waiting!
