Our prosthodontics practice seeks to add a motivated, full-time Front Desk Administrator to our long-tenured staff. The ideal candidate must have a positive and outgoing personality, exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and follow all HIPPA policies and procedures. In addition to managing the frontline procedures of the practice, other responsibilities include managing our DENTRIX appointment system, answering questions and informing patients about our services on the phone and in person, guiding patients in registering their health information, ensure accuracy in claims both dental and medical, pre-authorizations and patient accounts, and taking payments and posting financial records of patients’ billings. Qualifications and Skills Needed: · Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent · Exceptional customer service and organizational skills · Excellent communication skills on the phone and in person · Experience using DENTRIX is a plus · Knowledge of general administrative procedures · 3+ years of Dental experience is required/Cross trained as a DAI or DAII not required, however would be a plus Why join us?
