Daily Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning Deliver high-quality general dentistry, including restorative procedures, surgical extractions, implant restorations, Invisalign, and select endodontic procedures Build trust and maintain strong relationships with patients Educate patients on treatment options and oral health best practices Maintain accurate and timely patient records Collaborate with dental team members to ensure seamless care Required Skills: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school Active state dental license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred Proficient in general dentistry procedures Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Company Information: Laurel Smiles Dental Care is a premier dental practice located in Laurel, MD, providing comprehensive services in preventative, cosmetic, restorative, and orthodontic care.
