DentalBee is an AI software company looking for a hygienist who’s ready to step away from chairside work and build a career in dental technology—at a time when dentistry is experiencing unprecedented innovation. We want someone who is: - Tech-savvy and quick to learn - Familiar with the daily flow of dental offices - A self-starter with strong relationship-building skills - Excited to show practices how they can cut down on admin tasks and elevate patient visits - Most importantly: a hustler—hungry to build a career, grow with us, doesn’t need handholding, and willing to do what it takes to spread DentalBee in solo practices - Bonus: prior sales experience in dental tech with an existing network What We Offer: - Competitive Base + Commission: Realistic earnings between $110,000–$150,000 in year one for the right performer - Equity: Ownership opportunities so we can grow together - Flexibility: Work when you work best—we don’t micromanage - Remote-first: No commuting, work from anywhere - Growth Opportunity: Be part of a fast-scaling startup and grow into leadership as we expand Responsibilities: - Prospecting & Outreach: Cold calling, emailing, and running online campaigns to generate new leads - Relationship Building: Visiting dental offices and leveraging personal/professional networks to create trust and open doors - Demoing DentalBee: Conducting product demos (online and in-person) tailored to solo practices and small groups - Pipeline Management: Tracking prospects, opportunities, and follow-ups in a CRM system (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) - Negotiation & Closing: Managing proposals, contracts, and bringing deals across the finish line - Customer Success Handoff: Ensuring smooth transitions from sales to onboarding/support teams - Feedback Loop: Gathering insights from prospects and customers to share with product/marketing teams - Territory Development: Mapping and expanding presence within assigned regions or specialties - Partnership Development: Building relationships with influencers, study clubs, and associations to generate leads - Event Representation: Representing DentalBee at conferences, trade shows, and networking events - Reporting: Preparing regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics
