We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Office/Billing Coordinator to join our team. We use OpenDental Software Practice Management Software and Carestream imaging. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by providing excellent support to both patients and dental staff. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, coding, insurance experience and office procedures to maintain efficient patient flow and accurate record-keeping. Duties Assist with patient scheduling, confirming appointments, and managing patient flow within the office. Maintain accurate dental records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment plans, insurance coverage, and billing inquiries. Skills Open Dental Practice Management Software Experience Strong understanding of dental billing processes and experience with collections. Previous experience in a dental office of at least 3 years. Solid knowledge of dental terminology to communicate effectively within the healthcare environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and billing processes. Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff alike.
