WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS: As our Registered Dental Hygienist, you'll be educating patients and becoming a trusted partner in lifelong oral health. From the moment you greet someone in the chair to the moment they leave smiling, you'll play a critical role in delivering a patient experience that's second to none. We are looking for an enthusiastic dental hygienist who loves building and maintaining positive relationships with patients to join our team! RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services with a patient-centered approach Conduct thorough screenings and collaborate with dentists on treatment planning Take dental x-rays with precision Maintain detailed electronic records in Denticon software Adhere to infection control standards Cultivate meaningful patient relationships that foster trust and loyalty Participate actively in our team-based approach to comprehensive care COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Competitive pay of $40 to $45 per hour and amazing benefits that include: 401k retirement plan Paid time off Paid holidays Employee discounts Scrubs provided OFFICE HOURS: Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am - 2:00pm Join a practice where patient satisfaction and team collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
