 General Dentist – Hershey, PA 17033 Proxi Dental Staffing is seeking an Associate General Dentist for a permanent position in Hershey, PA. This opportunity offers a supportive team, strong PPO/FFS patient mix, and a competitive production-based compensation model. What You’ll Love - 35% of adjusted production with a strong FFS patient base - Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm with 1-hour lunch - Well-trained support staff: 2 Hygienists, 5 Dental Assistants including a lead assistant, 5 Front Office staff including Office Manager - In-house lab for ortho trays and scans - Opportunity to grow skills in implants and molar endo with training provided About the Role
You’ll provide general dentistry services to a PPO/FFS patient base, with a steady schedule and strong clinical support. This is a chance to step into an established practice with systems in place to help you focus on patient care. What You’ll Do - Perform preventive and restorative care including exams, fillings, crowns, and bridges - Provide extractions (surgical) and endodontics - Place and restore implants and complete molar endo procedures, or train in these areas if not yet experienced - Educate patients on treatment options and oral health - Collaborate with a dedicated clinical and administrative team What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited program - Active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing - Minimum of one year of clinical experience required - Competency in extractions and endo required; implants and molar endo preferred (training available) - Patient-focused approach and desire to grow clinical skills Location
