Locum General Dentist – Dunkirk, NY 14048 $150 per hour. Travel and lodging provided. Multi-month coverage opportunity. We are seeking a Locum General Dentist to provide coverage in Dunkirk, NY 14048. This role offers steady scheduling across multiple weeks, housing support, and the chance to provide comprehensive dental care in a supportive environment. What You’ll Love - Competitive pay starting at $150 per hour - Travel and lodging provided if needed - Coverage dates available from October 6, 2025 through January 2, 2026 - Patient volume of 2 to 5 new patients and 10 to 15 established patients daily - Supportive staff of 4 team members in a collaborative practice About the Role
This locum position is ideal for a dentist who can commit to multiple weeks of coverage and enjoys working in a steady, patient-focused clinic. You will deliver a wide scope of general dentistry with the option to perform molar endo if desired. What You’ll Do - Provide preventive care, comprehensive exams, and restorative dentistry - Perform fillings, crowns, bridges, surgical extractions, root canals, and dentures - Complete molar endo if comfortable, with flexibility to refer when needed - Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations - Maintain accurate patient records and follow clinical standards What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program - Active New York dental license (or eligibility) - Active DEA with all schedules and CSR if required by the state - Aspen software experience preferred - Availability to cover the majority of the scheduled dates Compensation and Schedule - $150 per hour - Coverage dates: October 6 to 10, 13 to 17, 20 to 24, 27 to 31; November 3 to 7, 10 to 14, 17 to 21, 24 to 26, 28; December 1 to 5, 8 to 12, 15 to 19, 22 to 24, 26, 29 to 31; January 2 - Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00a to 5:30p; Tuesday 8:00a to 6:00p; Friday 8:00a to 1:30p Location
