Locum General Dentist – Fort Smith, AR 13057 Proxi Dental Staffing is seeking a General Dentist to provide coverage in Fort Smith, AR. This assignment offers weekday hours, supportive staff, and travel and lodging if needed. With flexible dates available in November and December, this is a great fit for dentists looking to step into a collaborative practice environment. What You’ll Love - $125 per hour with travel and lodging provided - Coverage dates: November 3–6, 11–13, 18–20, 26 and December 1–4, 8–11, 16–18, 22, 24, 31 - Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:30 am–5:30 pm with 1-hour lunch - Support team includes 1 Hygienist, 3 Dental Assistants, 1 Managing Clinical Director, Office Manager, and Front Office Admin - Supportive and well-structured clinical environment About the Role
This position allows you to focus on bread-and-butter dentistry while supported by a dedicated clinical team. You’ll provide preventive and restorative care in a practice that values patient service and smooth clinic operations. What You’ll Do - Perform preventive care, exams, and treatment planning - Provide restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, dentures, extractions, and root canal therapy - Educate patients on oral health and treatment options - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily workflow What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD from an accredited program - Active Arkansas dental license in good standing - Active DEA with all schedules and CSR if required by the state - Adaptability and a patient-centered mindset Location
