This position is ideal for an Oral Surgeon who enjoys a steady patient flow in a supportive clinical setting. What You’ll Do - Perform a full scope of oral surgery including extractions, implants, and surgical procedures - Deliver patient-centered care in a professional and compassionate manner - Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth daily operations - Contribute to long-term practice growth and positive patient experiences What You’ll Bring - DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program - Completion of oral surgery residency - Active New York dental license (or eligibility) - At least one year of experience preferred - Outgoing personality with a positive, team-focused approach Compensation and Benefits - $320,000 first-year guarantee - 40 percent of collections following guarantee - $30,000 sign-on bonus - Full-time position with benefits available Schedule - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00a to 5:00p - Saturday: 9:00a to 1:00p - Wednesday: off Location
